FlexaLAB
FlexaLAB is a laboratory scale capsule filler designed for R&D laboratories, clinical trials and special productions with a capacity to fill up to 3,000 capsules per hour. The FlexaLAB supports a wide range of hard gelatine capsule sizes and dosing types: powders, pellets, microtablets, tablets, low-dose inhalable powders, microdosages with precise weighing, and capsule-in-capsule formats. Thanks to its ability to install multiple dosing units simultaneously, FlexaLAB allows for product combinations within a single capsule — an essential feature for advanced formulation development.
The FlexaLAB is supplied with in-process weight control systems that monitor, adjust, and reject capsules in real time to ensure each capsule meets precise dosing specifications. It also adapts seamlessly to different production settings, supporting containment levels OEB 3–5 and Wet-in-Place needs.

Designed with MG2’s Human-Centred Design approach, it features an intuitive HMI interface, reduced changeover parts, and cleanable surfaces that minimize maintenance and cleaning time. Optional features include full production reporting and compatibility with MG2’s eSWC, statistical weight control.
Electa
Electa is MG2’s high-performance capsule filler, engineered for large-scale production environments that demand both speed and precision.
