Description

Nabertherm manufactures efficient laboratory furnaces and ovens in three series: TR, KTR and NA.

Laboratory oven TR is a simple and affordable convection oven that can be heated up to 300°C with a temperature uniformity of +/-5°C. Nabertherm TR lab oven is available in several sizes with a minimum chamber volume of 30l. The smallest models are suitable for placing directly on top of a table. The oven chamber can be equipped with shelves or a rotating drum with an associated shaft, electric motor and holder where the product is mixed continuously during the heat treatment process.

Chamber oven KTR is a larger convection oven and can be heated up to 260°C with a temperature uniformity of +/- 3°C. It is suitable for loading a trolley with components into the chamber and heat-treating the entire piece inside the oven. Nabertherm KTR chamber oven is available in sizes with a minimum chamber volume of 1000l.

Laboratory Furnace NA is a very efficient high temperature furnace that can be heated up to 850°C with a temperature uniformity of +/- 5°C. The robust design makes it a perfect choice for processes in e.g. workshops and heavy industry. Nabertherm NA model laboratory furnaces is available in several sizes with a minimum chamber volume of 30l. The smallest models are suitable for placing directly on top of a table and are instead called laboratory furnace NAT. The NA / NAT models can also be equipped with protective gas boxes for heat treatment of components in an inert atmosphere.

These three laboratory ovens are operated by a convenient controller that provides the ability to store product recipes, make temperature profiles, manage different users and monitor the heat treatment process through your smartphone.

For heat treatment processes where air circulation is not needed or where you need to achieve very high temperatures, see our product page Muffle Furnaces.

Areas of Application

Laboratory furnaces TR, KTR and NA / NAT are used for heat treatment processes in research and development, quality control and laboratory activities. For example, curing materials, testing finished products in the manufacturing industry or drying samples.
