Moduline Smart (MLS) – filling and packaging platform
The MLS platform is a modular filling and packaging platform targeted for cosmetic applications up to 60ppm. The system is scalable, flexible and allows manufacturers to configure various filling, closing, sealing and inspection modules according to changing needs over time within the base machine frame. The platform supports reliable processing of a wide range of consumer products with compact footprint ensuring maximal investment security in uncertain times ahead.
The MLS platform can also be equipped with the integrated Robotic Picking System (RPS), a high-speed robotic pick-and-place technology to position containers accurately between process stations. It is designed for precise and flexible container handling. Thanks to intelligent motion control and adaptable gripper concepts, the RPS picker supports a wide range of container shapes and sizes without extensive mechanical changeover.
Auger Doser SD2best
The OPTIMA SD2best is a servo-driven auger filler designed for accurate dosing of powdery and granulated products. It offers an attractive price-performance ratio while maintaining the proven quality standards of OPTIMA machines. Developed for robust industrial use, the SD2best supports both volumetric and gravimetric dosing, ensuring high accuracy across various applications. The dosing range covers 5 g to 30 kg, with screw sizes from 10–75 mm and a machine weight of approximately 250 kg. The SD2best is suitable for applications in food, cosmetics and chemical industries and can be integrated into new or existing packaging lines.
